This position sits within a team of 40 Management and Technology Consultants across Switzerland, which drives the firm's technology consulting practice. The role focuses on partnering with established enterprises and growing businesses, while leveraging the global PwC network to deliver strategic value.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage strategic IT initiatives with a focus on ensuring long-term client success.
- Act as the primary trusted advisor for clients, fostering strong professional relationships.
- Drive business growth by independently acquiring new projects and expanding current engagements in technology strategy.
- Apply industry and technical expertise to guide stakeholders through essential project milestones.
- Deliver project results to senior executive leadership, demonstrating confidence in high-level presentations.
- Support recruitment efforts and contribute to the development of the practice area with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Requirements
- A university degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field, achieved with above-average grades.
- Minimum of six years of professional experience, preferably in consulting or internal strategy departments within industry.
- Deep understanding of the banking or insurance sectors.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the full lifecycle of IT organizational development and process management.
- Proven history of leading project teams and delivering successful outcomes.
- Capability to structure IT plans, develop robust business cases, and align these with key decision-makers.
- Strong proficiency in both German and English to effectively communicate complex technical and business concepts.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in French is viewed as an additional asset.
