Senior Brand Designer

Solana AG seeks a Senior Brand Designer to lead the evolution of Ondo's visual identity. This remote role focuses on building scalable design systems, creating sub-brands, and executing campaigns with significant creative autonomy.

The company is looking for a senior designer to take ownership of Ondo's visual direction within its expanding ecosystem. The position provides the opportunity to establish foundational brand systems from scratch, develop cohesive sub-brand identities, and drive campaign concepts with a high degree of independence.

Responsibilities

• Define and advance the overall visual direction for Ondo's brand.
• Update and grow the existing brand guidelines to accommodate new products.
• Design unified sub-branding structures for emerging offerings while ensuring consistency.
• Build scalable design frameworks that support various teams throughout the organization.
• Conceptualize and produce brand campaigns that connect with the target audience.
• Convert complex concepts into clear and engaging visual stories.
• Partner with marketing and product groups to execute campaigns from initial idea to final delivery.
• Produce high-quality assets for both digital and physical channels.
• Ensure rigorous attention to detail in all final outputs.
• Innovate creatively while adhering to core brand principles.

Requirements

• At least five years of professional experience in brand design, ideally within agencies or internal brand teams.
• Advanced skills in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• A strong history of creating and expanding comprehensive brand systems.
• A portfolio that showcases robust conceptual thinking and high-quality visual execution.
• Prior experience developing sub-brands or product identities within a broader brand ecosystem.

Nice to have

• Capabilities in motion design and animation.
• Background in fintech, technology, or other innovative sectors.
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design methodologies.
