The role requires 3+ years of experience in both brand and product design, proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop, and fluency in English. The Product and Brand Designer will shape the visual identity and user experience of Alohi’s products, ensuring consistent brand representation across all touchpoints. This role involves close collaboration with product, marketing, and development teams to align on design goals and strategies, while contributing to the company’s fast-paced, lean growth in Geneva.

Responsibilities

  • Design innovative, user-focused interfaces for Alohi’s product suite.
  • Work with product managers and developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
  • Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and improve designs.
  • Maintain and evolve the design system for consistent product experiences.
  • Develop and manage the brand’s visual identity and guidelines.
  • Build and maintain a brand platform and assets library.
  • Create marketing materials that reflect the brand story and value.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns and promotional content.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer interactions.
  • Align with marketing and product teams on strategic goals.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas.
  • Present design concepts and reasoning to stakeholders for feedback.
  • Stay current with design trends and industry best practices.
  • Analyze competitor designs to inform market positioning and opportunities.
  • Continuously improve user experience and brand engagement.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in both brand and product design roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma for prototyping and interface design.
  • Experience with design tools like Adobe Photoshop and AI-powered design tools.
  • Fluent communication in English.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience designing for SaaS platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to support collaboration with developers.
  • Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing.
