Alohi seeks a Product Marketing Manager in Geneva to drive post-signup user activation, conversion, and retention for its AI-first SaaS platform.

This position is responsible for the entire customer journey after initial registration, focusing on transforming new users into engaged, paying, and loyal customers. Responsibilities
- Manage the transition from signup to active usage by optimizing onboarding flows and driving feature adoption across all four product lines.
- Increase the conversion rate from active to paying customers by refining messaging around trials, upgrades, and plan value.
- Drive retention and expansion efforts, including reducing churn and implementing upsell strategies to improve net revenue retention.
- Analyze funnel and usage data to pinpoint drop-off points and develop targeted initiatives to address them.
- Define and execute the strategy for the post-signup funnel, setting priorities and implementing initiatives from start to finish.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and execute adoption plays, experiments, and innovative feature launches.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer needs to build deep industry expertise.
- Inform the product roadmap with market insights and advocate for necessary feature developments.
- Enhance the website’s messaging, structure, and feature presentation to improve user experience.
- Create clear and compelling release notes that translate technical updates into customer benefits.
- Organize and lead webinars to educate users and demonstrate new capabilities.
- Develop launch narratives for new features, identifying media angles and collaborating with leadership on press stories.
- Maintain sales collateral and feature catalogs to help the sales team position products effectively.
- Translate product features into value propositions and use cases tailored to specific customer segments.
- Apply strong design principles to all marketing materials, including decks, one-pagers, and web visuals.
- Collaborate with design and web teams to ensure all customer-facing assets are polished and on-brand.
Requirements
- Demonstrate an AI-native mindset by instinctively using AI tools to work more efficiently and effectively.
- Possess at least five years of experience in product marketing, management, or growth, preferably within B2B SaaS.
- Show a proven history of improving activation, adoption, conversion, or retention metrics with measurable results.
- Understand how trials, upgrades, and plan messaging influence customer conversion.
- Act as both a strategist and a builder, spotting opportunities and executing hands-on work to realize plans.
- Exhibit exceptional writing skills, capable of turning technical changelogs into engaging customer stories.
- Have experience planning and delivering webinars or similar customer-facing programs.
- Display a genuine design sensibility and high standards for visual quality.
- Be comfortable using product analytics and making data-driven decisions.
- Have experience creating sales enablement materials and collaborating closely with sales teams.
- Show curiosity about the industry and a drive to become an expert.
- Be fluent in English.
