Proton seeks a Head of Product Marketing B2B in Geneva to drive revenue growth and lead generation for its B2B segment through strategic marketing initiatives.

This position plays a pivotal role in accelerating revenue growth within the B2B segment. The primary objective is to generate high-quality leads for the sales team while directly contributing to revenue targets through targeted marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement a comprehensive product marketing strategy tailored to the B2B market.
• Design and execute go-to-market plans for new product releases and feature enhancements.
• Establish competitive pricing models and packaging structures.
• Build and manage programs aimed at generating qualified leads.
• Manage and distribute marketing budgets across various channels to maximize impact.
• Produce sales enablement materials, including presentations and training guides.
• Perform market research and analyze competitor activities to inform strategy.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Marketing Manager or Lead within the B2B SaaS sector.
• Deep understanding of B2B marketing tactics, including lead and demand generation.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
• Robust project management abilities.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
