Senior Product Designer (Visual)

Nexthink seeks a Senior Product Designer to define its visual identity and design systems for enterprise software, based in Lausanne with a hybrid work model.

This position is central to defining the visual language that guides product strategy, ensuring seamless experiences for both technical IT professionals and business end-users. The designer will directly impact the satisfaction of millions of enterprise employees by establishing cohesive design standards and interaction principles.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine a unified visual identity for technical and business audiences.
  • Establish interaction principles and design standards to guide cross-functional teams.
  • Create a consistent product voice through iconography, illustration, and messaging.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to integrate design system thinking into the product roadmap.
  • Build, maintain, and govern a scalable, well-documented component library.
  • Promote AI-assisted design and handoff workflows to speed up the delivery of ideas.

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in product, visual, or UX design, with a strong focus on building or maintaining design systems.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience designing complex enterprise applications.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including component architecture, variants, and design tokens.
  • Full professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • An online portfolio showcasing design systems work and user-centered design solutions.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in French.
