  • Define and continuously improve the methods, tools, and standards used by the research practice.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of UX research experience for the Senior level, or 8+ years for the Staff level, with a history of influencing product or business strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience creating customer frameworks (such as mindsets, journey maps, or jobs-to-be-done) that were adopted widely across an organization.
  • Practical experience exploring how AI can enhance research operations or data analysis.
  • Proven ability to design, validate, and analyze large-scale surveys and telemetry datasets.
  • Strong proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, with comfort working alongside data scientists.
  • Excellent communication skills and a track record of influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Full professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Willingness to travel 3 to 4 times per year for customer-related events.

Nice to have

  • Background in researching complex B2B or enterprise software, particularly in technical or IT-adjacent sectors.
