Givaudan seeks a Senior Compliance Project Manager in Vernier to lead the development of innovative compliance management processes within the Global Regulatory Affairs organization.
This position sits within the Regulatory Ingredients Compliance Strategy Center of Excellence. The core objective is to design and oversee the creation of new compliance management systems and operational processes that align with global regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Convert regulatory mandates into scalable operational workflows and compliance frameworks.
- Assist in creating and rolling out compliance policies, standards, and governance structures.
- Align business operations with regulatory expectations across various regions and departments.
- Participate in shaping long-term compliance strategies and driving continuous improvement.
- Manage end-to-end cross-functional compliance projects, from initial planning to implementation and monitoring.
- Establish project roadmaps, define priorities, set deliverables, and determine success metrics.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across different functions and geographies to ensure collaboration and goal alignment.
- Lead project execution, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Support the integration of chemical control legislation (CCL) requirements into daily operations.
- Spot compliance gaps, operational risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Help prepare for audits and follow up on corrective actions.
- Track compliance performance and assist in establishing effective control mechanisms.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in complex project management methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to shifting priorities with strong problem-solving skills.
- Background in compliance, regulatory affairs, or related fields within the chemical, food ingredients, or life sciences sectors.
- Solid understanding of chemical control legislation and principles for implementing compliance.
- Track record of managing cross-functional or transformation projects.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Capacity to work independently while collaborating within global teams.
- Business fluency in both English and French.
