This position focuses on driving financial controlling, analysis, and reporting to back strategic choices and ensure fiscal success. The role delivers advanced technical and analytical support for planning, reporting, and performance management across financial and client service functions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly performance reviews, annual planning, forecasting, and reporting through controlling and analysis.
  • Offer functional and technical advice to team members and stakeholders, addressing challenges and refining workflows.
  • Create and evaluate reports for both routine and specific financial data requests.
  • Design fresh analytical methods and problem-solving strategies to boost finance capabilities and provide leadership insights.
  • Collaborate with other departments and global offices as a trusted advisor on financial matters.
  • Lead reporting and analytical projects with minimal supervision, focusing on innovative report design and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance.
  • Minimum of three years of finance experience, preferably within a professional services setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the capacity to start tasks independently and follow through to completion.
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Solid grasp of accounting principles and financial tracking methods.
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential data, adhering to strict professional and process standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in both English and German, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Degree or major in Controlling.
  • Experience with efficient data management and familiarity with reporting tools like SAP or SAC.
