Senior Financial Services Consultant - Fluent German

SUMMIT RECRUITMENT AG seeks a Senior Financial Services Consultant in Zürich for on-site roles supporting business and technology projects in the financial sector. Fluent German and English are required.

This position involves supporting a variety of business process and technology-driven initiatives for a consultancy based in Zurich that serves the financial industry. The consultant will help clients navigate change through a blend of analytical and managerial tasks.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead or assist with transformation efforts within banking, wealth management, asset management, and private banking divisions.
• Manage or contribute to projects focused on optimizing processes, handling regulatory updates, implementing technology solutions, and designing operating models.
• Collaborate closely with both business units and IT departments at Swiss financial institutions.
• Execute a combination of Business Analyst duties, such as requirement engineering, alongside Project Management tasks.

Requirements

• Possess at least five years of experience in consulting or financial services change management.
• Demonstrate strong project delivery capabilities, preferably covering both business and IT aspects in a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid role.
• Show excellent communication abilities with a proven track record of influencing stakeholders.
• Be fluent in both German and English.
