Senior Integration Consultant (SAP & WFM Focus)

Geconex AG seeks a Senior Integration Consultant to lead SAP and WFM HR IT projects across the Middle East, combining technical expertise with strategic client collaboration.

This position guides the architecture and rollout of connected HR technology environments, with a primary emphasis on SAP ecosystems and Workforce Management platforms. The consultant partners with clients to translate intricate HR demands into streamlined, quantifiable results.

Responsibilities

• Design and roll out SAP connections with HCM and WFM tools to guarantee smooth data exchange and regulatory adherence.
• Guide customers on optimal WFM strategies, covering shift planning, attendance monitoring, and performance metrics.
• Perform system evaluations, identify process gaps, and apply tailored settings to boost operational effectiveness.
• Direct multidisciplinary groups through project phases from initial design to user training, prioritizing a human-centered methodology.
• Resolve connectivity problems and deliver continuous assistance to maintain long-term system performance.
• Monitor emerging developments in HR technology, SAP, and WFM to support forward-looking client advice.

Requirements

• Minimum seven years of experience in HR IT advisory, demonstrating solid SAP connection capabilities (such as SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM).
• Extensive background with WFM platforms like ADP Workforce Software, Kronos, UKG, or comparable systems, including deployment and tuning.
• Undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Native-level English proficiency.
• Readiness to travel throughout the Middle East and engage with an international group.

Nice to have

• Possession of SAP credentials is advantageous.
• Prior hands-on work with ADP Workforce Software is strongly valued.
• Knowledge of Arabic or other languages provides an additional benefit.
