Senior Technical Project Manager

QIM info is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager in Geneva to lead end-to-end ERP integration projects and serve as the primary liaison between IT and business teams.

The company is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager based in Geneva to oversee the full lifecycle of ERP integration initiatives. In this role, you will act as the central point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate efforts across developers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Define project scope, manage timelines, control budgets, and mitigate risks.
• Ensure technical consistency and quality of integration solutions.
• Promote best practices and continuous improvement in project management.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT project management, including ERP integration
• Strong technical background (development, system integration, or architecture)
• Proven experience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Solid understanding of integration concepts (APIs, middleware, data flows)
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English
