Eraneos seeks a Senior Manager / Principal for Industrial Products & Consumer Goods in Lausanne to lead business development and drive consulting portfolio growth in French-speaking Switzerland.

This position is responsible for leading business development within the industrial products and consumer goods sectors across French-speaking Switzerland, while also expanding the firm's consulting portfolio and team presence in the Romandie region.
Responsibilities
- Manage business development for the industrial products and consumer goods sectors in French-speaking Switzerland by utilizing your professional network to acquire new clients and secure ongoing projects.
- Spearhead the expansion of the consulting portfolio in Romandie and contribute significantly to increasing the company's footprint and team size.
- Provide strategic guidance to senior stakeholders on digitalization initiatives.
- Oversee complex transformation programs aimed at enhancing operational performance, business agility, and digital maturity.
Requirements
- Over five years of experience in IT and digital consulting, specifically within the consumer goods and/or industrial products industry.
- A robust professional network within the consumer goods and/or industrial products sector in French-speaking Switzerland, along with the ability to cultivate and maintain trusted client relationships.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following domains: CIO Advisory, IT & Digital Strategy, Cyber-Security, Data & AI, Enterprise Architecture, ERP, MES, or PLM Applications.
- A university degree in Business, Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Fluency in both English and French, spoken and written.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the German language is considered an advantage.
