The company seeks a (Senior) Manager for Tax Accounting & Risk Advisory Services in Zurich. The role blends tax law with assurance, serving major banks and insurers on complex reporting while driving process improvements and team development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary advisor and liaison for clients and internal staff regarding intricate direct tax accounting issues.
• Direct tax audit processes for Swiss and global organizations, collaborating closely with assurance departments.
• Assist clients in modernizing their tax operations by integrating technical knowledge with data, technology, and process enhancements.
• Build specialized knowledge in areas like BEPS Pillar 2 and evaluate how these developments affect audit and advisory projects.
• Oversee client accounts from start to finish, ensuring effective planning, delivery, and ongoing quality improvements.
• Mentor and grow team members to foster a collaborative, ambitious, and high-performing work environment.

Requirements

• Possess 5 to 7 years of background in tax accounting, tax audit, or a similar field, preferably within an international setting.
• Demonstrate a solid grasp of accounting standards and tax reporting frameworks, such as IFRS and/or US GAAP.
• Exhibit a structured, solution-focused approach alongside robust project management capabilities.
• Communicate fluently in both German and English.
