Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer

SUMMIT RECRUITMENT AG seeks a Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer to lead a global team, establish governance frameworks, and drive platform adoption within a Centre of Excellence.

The company is looking for an experienced professional to head its Power Platform initiatives on a global scale. This role focuses on expanding the platform's reach, managing a dedicated team of developers, and strengthening the Centre of Excellence by building robust governance structures and knowledge-sharing resources.

Responsibilities

• Guide and supervise a group of Power Platform engineers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Expand the Centre of Excellence by organizing knowledge resources and fostering platform growth worldwide.
• Work closely with business analysts and system architects to gather and clarify project needs.
• Build and maintain a support framework that aids in the execution of development projects.
• Establish and uphold best practices and technical standards for all Power Platform activities.
• Perform routine audits and reviews to verify compliance with defined standards.
• Develop automated scripts to identify and eliminate unused applications.
• Design tools for monitoring, auditing, and reporting on the governance framework.
• Implement solutions that ensure the platform meets business and regulatory requirements.
• Offer technical assistance and guidance to both developers and end-users.
• Mentor staff members and organize sessions to share knowledge across the team.

Requirements

• Over a decade of IT experience within large, multinational organizations.
• At least five years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proven track record of implementing governance solutions for business and platform compliance.
• Experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
• Strong command of English with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
