Uney GmbH seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead ShieldNet Access, a secure access solution for SMEs. The role involves end-to-end product ownership, from discovery to scaling, balancing security with user experience and business impact.
The company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to take full ownership of ShieldNet Access, a secure access solution tailored for small and medium-sized enterprises. This position requires driving the product from initial discovery and early-stage development through to market launch and growth, while operating at the intersection of cybersecurity, user experience, and business impact.
Responsibilities
- Establish and advance the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ShieldNet Access.
- Conduct first-principles discovery to uncover genuine pain points SMEs face regarding secure access.
- Guide features through the entire lifecycle: concept, validation, launch, and iteration.
- Navigate complex tradeoffs within the security domain to ensure high-quality product decisions.
- Develop and implement product-led and sales-assisted go-to-market strategies.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and partnerships to effectively position the product.
- Identify target segments, ideal customer profiles, and core value propositions.
- Refine messaging continuously based on market feedback.
- Engage directly with customers and prospects through calls, demos, and onsite visits.
- Convert real-world usage into product insights and prioritization.
- Serve as the internal voice of the customer.
- Validate assumptions quickly through tight feedback loops.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and security teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Maintain fast iteration cycles without compromising security principles.
- Define and track success metrics such as adoption, retention, and activation.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Product Management, with at least: Experience building 0→1 products or launching new product lines
- Strong ownership of GTM strategy and execution
- Proven ability to talk to customers, extract insights, and translate them into product decisions
- Experience working in B2B products (preferably SaaS or cybersecurity)
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
Nice to have
- Experience in cybersecurity, networking, or access control (ZTNA, VPN, IAM)
- Experience building for SMEs (simplicity + usability constraints)
- Technical fluency, able to work closely with engineers on architecture-level discussions
