This position is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability through regular maintenance and servicing. The engineer will perform quality checks, diagnose technical issues, and create effective solutions while providing direct assistance to clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine quality inspections
- Identify technical faults and design corrective measures
- Service and maintain machinery
- Provide technical support to clients
Requirements
- Technical apprenticeship or degree in electronics, mechatronics, or mechanical engineering
- Hands-on experience operating wire or die bonding equipment, or similar roles within semiconductor or electronics sectors
- Knowledge of different wire and die bonding methods
- Strong analytical abilities for troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Solid computer literacy
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
Nice to have
- Background in manufacturing, assembly processes, or quality control is a plus
