Senior Technical Consultant Omada/IGA (m/f/d)

SECURIX AG in Zürich seeks a Senior Technical Consultant for Omada/IGA (m/f/d) in a hybrid, full-time role. The position involves leading end-to-end identity implementations, designing IGA architectures, and advising clients on technical solutions, with opportunities for growth and autonomy within the Allurity Group.

This role focuses on guiding clients through comprehensive Omada Identity implementations and designing IGA architectures for enterprise environments. It acts as a technical advisor, translating business and security goals into actionable roadmaps, while also supporting internal development through mentoring and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle Omada Identity implementations, from initial design to deployment, ensuring compliance and alignment with client needs.
• Design and integrate IGA architectures into on-premises, hybrid, and cloud enterprise environments.
• Act as a technical advisor to clients, converting business and security requirements into tailored technical solutions and strategic roadmaps.
• Support junior team members through mentoring and contribute to internal best practices and knowledge sharing.
• Work with cross-functional teams and architects to resolve complex IGA challenges and deliver impactful results.
• Stay current with IAM/IGA advancements and help shape the evolution of service offerings.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on consulting experience in IAM/IGA, with Omada Identity preferred; experience with SailPoint, ForgeRock, Okta, or Entra ID also considered.
• In-depth knowledge of configuration, provisioning, access lifecycle management, workflows, and governance.
• Ability to document, analyze, and improve IAM processes using UML, BPMN, or similar modeling standards.
• Proven experience integrating IAM systems with enterprise platforms including SAP, Active Directory/LDAP, Entra ID, RACF, and cloud services.
• Familiarity with related domains such as PAM, cloud identity, and security architecture.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent English required, German is a significant advantage.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Experience with C# programming.
• Scripting skills in PowerShell or Python for automation, customization, and integration; CI/CD experience is a plus.
• Certifications in IAM/IGA (Omada, SailPoint, Okta, etc.) or CPRE or similar.
• Background in high-growth tech or cybersecurity environments.
