The Site Manager SM360 operates as a dedicated onsite security management service under the Securi360 model. Employed by Securitas SA, this role fulfills duties defined in a service agreement, providing coordination, operational follow-up, and continuous improvement for the site's security and safety framework.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational security management activities.
• Lead emergency response efforts, conduct risk assessments, and manage crisis situations.
• Maintain technical security systems and ensure their operational readiness.
• Create emergency evacuation plans and verify adherence to legal standards.
• Administer security processes, procedures, and related documentation.
• Organize training sessions, audits, and awareness campaigns for staff.
