This position focuses on directing and organizing comprehensive UX initiatives for sophisticated medical products within a strict regulatory framework. The primary objective is to guarantee that all digital and physical interfaces deliver a unified, user-focused, and high-standard experience for customers.
Responsibilities
- Direct and structure complete UX workflows for intricate healthcare systems.
- Partner with cross-functional groups comprising product managers, engineers, clinical specialists, regulatory experts, and designers.
- Utilize advanced UX leadership techniques alongside agile methodologies such as SAFe and Lean UX throughout the product lifecycle.
- Guarantee that user experiences remain customer-oriented and of high quality across both software and hardware platforms.
- Ensure all designs maintain traceability, technical feasibility, and compliance with business goals and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Demonstrated history working as a Solution UX Lead or Principal UX Designer.
- Deep knowledge of UX leadership strategies and agile delivery models like SAFe and Lean UX.
- Prior experience operating in regulated sectors, with a specific focus on the healthcare industry.
- Capability to guide diverse teams and secure consensus among product, engineering, clinical, and regulatory stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of product development lifecycles and core user experience design principles.
