Sr. User Experience Designer

Logitech seeks a Senior User Experience Designer in Lausanne, CH, to lead end-to-end UX design for gaming products, collaborating across global teams and using user-centered methods to drive innovation in consumer electronics.

This role is part of the Logitech G Gaming Design Team, reporting to the Head of UX for Logitech G, and focuses on creating user-centered experiences for hardware and software in the consumer electronics space. It involves leading the full UX design lifecycle and using data-driven insights to ensure product desirability and acceptability.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality user experiences for both hardware and software products.
• Apply user-centered design methods to guide product innovation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to incorporate user feedback into design solutions.
• Represent user needs throughout the design and development process.
• Share design ideas with various teams and senior leaders for input.
• Use design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe CS for creating and prototyping designs.

Requirements

• Background in Design, Human Factors, HCI/HRI, Interaction Design, or similar UX roles focused on product interactions.
• Portfolio demonstrating full design processes, including strong design execution and innovative thinking.
• Experience with user-centered design techniques in multidisciplinary product teams.
• Familiarity with current development tools and technologies, applied appropriately to project needs.
• Skills in generating concepts, visualizing ideas, and creating rapid prototypes.
• Proven ability to lead and influence without direct authority.
• Curious, insightful, collaborative, and creative mindset.
