Responsibilities
- Adapt and tailor CWS software to meet specific client needs and internal product guidelines.
- Develop and update project records such as system overviews, interface details, user guides, and release summaries.
- Align system engineering tasks with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth progress.
- Verify technical alignment, system integration, and adherence to project specifications.
- Assist with commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting tasks, providing support both remotely and at customer locations.
- Track operational performance, investigate incidents, and implement corrective or preventive measures.
- Participate in tender preparation, product enhancement projects, and the ongoing refinement of engineering workflows and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- At least two years of professional experience in engineering, systems, or technical project settings.
- Foundational knowledge of electrical engineering concepts and software-driven systems.
- A structured, solution-focused approach with a proactive attitude and strong ownership.
- High motivation to learn and adapt within a complex engineering landscape.
- Strong communication abilities and experience managing stakeholder relationships.
- Fluency in both German and English, with readiness to travel approximately 20–40% of the time.
