Role Overview

As a Team Leader Support at SITECH Schweiz AG, you will be responsible for leading a support team within the Technical Department. The role involves managing approximately ten employees and organizing all operational activities in the department. You will serve as the deputy head of technology, ensuring high-quality customer support and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Support Team, providing guidance and operational oversight.
• Coordinate with the Deputy Head of Technology to manage daily operations and staff.
• Handle urgent and complex customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution.
• Engage in hands-on technical support, including on-site visits to customer locations for troubleshooting, sensor replacement, and equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain customer satisfaction and uphold SITECH's service standards.
• Support strategic development within the technical department and contribute to process improvements.

Profile & Qualifications

• Background in Geomatics Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience in technical support, preferably in surveying or construction technology.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards new challenges.
• Ability to work both in an office environment and on construction sites.
• Language skills: German (professional proficiency required, with a focus on continuous improvement) and English (sufficient for technical communication).
• Leadership experience or readiness to take on team leadership responsibilities.
