Technical Consultant - Cardiac Rhythm management (m/f/d)

Medtronic seeks a Technical Consultant for Cardiac Rhythm Management in Bern, CH. This remote role supports healthcare providers in French-speaking Switzerland with device implants and technical training.

This position focuses on partnering with cardiologists and electrophysiologists to enhance treatments for heart rhythm disorders. The consultant operates primarily remotely across the French-speaking region of Switzerland, offering on-site assistance for device implants and providing technical expertise in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Train all relevant stakeholders on product usage to maximize patient outcomes.
• Coordinate educational initiatives and proctoring programs.
• Highlight the technical and commercial advantages of the products.
• Conduct training sessions for medical professionals and serve as a telemedicine specialist.
• Offer on-site consulting, education, and support during sales events, demos, installations, and maintenance.
• Attend industry conferences and congresses.
• Submit activity and issue reports to management as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in healthcare or hospital environments.
• A strong interest in the technical side of Cardiac Rhythm Management.
• Superior communication and presentation abilities.
• Fluency in both French and English.
• High flexibility and strong planning capabilities.
• Proficiency with standard ICT tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce.
