Technical Key Account Manager

Diamond SA seeks a Technical Key Account Manager in Losone to manage international sales partners and business customers, handling technical and commercial aspects from quote to delivery.

The company is looking for a professional to oversee the entire customer management lifecycle for international partners and business clients. This role involves providing deep technical support to internal sales teams while ensuring smooth project execution from initial inquiry through to final product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain relationships with existing corporate clients.
• Manage customer projects technically and commercially, coordinating from the initial inquiry stage until delivery is complete.
• Create necessary project documentation, including price lists and quotations.
• Act as the primary connection point between external customers and internal departments such as sales, development, and production.
• Offer technical guidance and answers to questions for customers, field sales representatives, and internal teams.

Requirements

• A foundational technical background, such as a mechanical engineering degree or HTL qualification in micromechanics, or an equivalent credential.
• Prior work experience within the electronics or mechanical sectors.
• Supplementary training in either technical or business disciplines.
• Proven track record in a similar position.
• Fluent business-level communication skills in German, Italian, and English, both written and spoken.
• Readiness to travel occasionally for business purposes.

• Proficiency in additional languages beyond the required three.
