SR Technics seeks a Tool Store Specialist in Zürich to manage tools and equipment for PW1100G-JM and LEAP engine maintenance, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Reporting to the Head of New Engines Operations, this position ensures the efficient and organized management of tools, equipment, and materials required for maintenance and repair activities on PW1100G-JM and LEAP engines. The specialist plays a vital role in upholding the safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance of aviation MRO processes by overseeing all tool-related aspects of the maintenance workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining precise and up-to-date inventory records.
  • Issuing tools and tracking their usage and location.
  • Overseeing and managing calibration procedures for equipment.
  • Ensuring all activities meet established safety and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinating with multiple departments to support operational requirements.
  • Monitoring and controlling costs associated with tool management.
