Website Experience Intern

6-month full-time internship at Jaeger-LeCoultre in Meyrin, Switzerland, supporting the Retail & E-Commerce Experience team with digital projects, content coordination, and website performance monitoring.

This six-month internship, beginning in July, places you within the Retail & E-Commerce Experience team at Jaeger-LeCoultre in Geneva. The position focuses on supporting digital initiatives, coordinating content delivery, and enhancing the online customer journey for the luxury watchmaker.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Content and Omnichannel Experience Project Manager in organizing the editorial calendar and ensuring consistent brand messaging across customer touchpoints.
• Work with internal teams such as marketing, product, and regional markets to ensure timely delivery of digital content and campaign activations.
• Handle engraving requests and gather consolidated feedback from various markets.
• Help maintain product catalogs by updating assortments, visibility settings, and supporting online launches for new timepieces.
• Track website performance and user experience metrics to spot areas for improvement.
• Support the team in evaluating and enhancing retail digital tools.
• Prepare and maintain regular performance reports.
• Manage support tickets and coordinate with IT and external vendors to resolve issues promptly.
• Take part in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features and tool updates.
• Document processes and best practices related to retail digital tools.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program and seeking a six-month internship.
• Previous experience in e-commerce or digital project management.
• Fluency in both English and French.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Prior exposure to the luxury sector or fine watchmaking.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
