Welder / Fabricator

GRZ Technologies in Avenches seeks a Mid-level Welder/Fabricator for on-site metalworking, welding, and quality control in an international setting.

This position places the candidate in a dynamic, international environment where they will handle independent metalworking and welding duties. The role demands a high level of personal accountability while providing clear pathways for professional growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Execute general metalworking and welding assignments autonomously
• Construct metal and steel frameworks based on technical blueprints
• Perform final finishing touches and ensure quality meets specified standards
• Assist with production tasks and on-site assembly activities
• Adhere strictly to all safety, health, and environmental protocols

Requirements

• Successfully completed apprenticeship or qualification as a welder or fabricator, or an equivalent credential
• Possess strong welding capabilities backed by valid certifications
• Demonstrate proficiency in interpreting and applying technical drawings
• Have prior experience handling both steel and stainless steel materials
• Hold a valid Category B driving license

Nice to have

• Proficient spoken and written English skills
• Knowledge of German and/or French languages
