Working Student – Legal & Commercial Affairs (Master Level)

Hexagon Robotics seeks a Master’s level working student to support its Legal Department with commercial contracts, corporate law research, and administrative tasks in a hybrid role based in Zürich.

This position is part of Hexagon Robotics, a division of the global precision measurement leader Hexagon, which is developing humanoid robots for industrial use. The role provides direct support to the Legal Department, focusing on commercial and contractual legal matters within a fast-paced, international setting.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and manage various commercial agreements, including framework contracts, procurement deals, NDAs, and R&D collaboration terms.
• Maintain and update legal documentation and contract templates.
• Prepare presentations and supporting materials for executive and leadership meetings.
• Conduct legal research focused on commercial and corporate law topics.
• Assist with matters related to intellectual property.
• Help create internal training materials and guidance documents for the legal team.
• Support the Legal Team with daily operational and administrative duties.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Law (M Law or equivalent).
• Strong interest in commercial, contract, and corporate law.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• First practical experience through internships or working student roles.
• German language skills.
