Assistant Concierge

Giardino Group seeks a Junior Assistant Concierge for a seasonal, on-site role in Champfèr, CH. The position focuses on guest arrival/departure support and lobby management.

The company is looking for a team member to ensure seamless guest experiences during check-in and check-out processes. This role involves managing the hotel lobby environment and providing proactive guidance to visitors.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Belldesk team with daily tasks.
• Monitoring activities and flow within the hotel lobby.
• Proactively offering advice and assistance to guests.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a management capacity.
• Fluent proficiency in both German and English.
• A respectful demeanor towards colleagues and supervisors.
• Strong sense of duty, flexibility, enthusiasm, and the ability to perform under pressure.
• A well-groomed appearance and confident presence.
• A valid driver's license (category B or higher).

Nice to have

• Previous professional experience working as a concierge.
• Knowledge of additional languages beyond German and English.
