Giardino Group seeks a Bell Attendant for its St. Moritz Mountain Power Retreat for the winter 2026 season, focusing on seamless guest logistics and high-end service.
This seasonal position supports the Giardino Mountain Power Retreat in St. Moritz, beginning in mid-December 2026. The primary objective is to manage guest arrivals and departures efficiently, ensuring that visitors receive a polished and welcoming experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Transport guest luggage to and from rooms.
- Operate hotel shuttle vehicles for guest transfers.
- Park and retrieve guest automobiles.
- Carry out miscellaneous errands for the hotel and outdoor areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of the driveway, garage, and lobby entrance.
- Deliver high-quality service even during busy or stressful periods.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a comparable role within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Valid category B driver’s license.
- Proficiency in both German and English.
- Friendly, professional, and capable guest interaction.
- Professional appearance and self-assured demeanor.
- Strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, and enthusiasm for the work.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Respectful conduct toward supervisors and team members.
Nice to have
- Category D1 driver’s license.
- Ability to speak Italian.
- Knowledge of additional languages.
