Beauty & Massage Therapist (m/f/d)

Badrutts Palace Hotel St. Moritz seeks a Beauty & Massage Therapist for a seasonal role. The position involves providing high-end beauty services and ensuring a premium guest experience in a luxury spa setting.

This position is dedicated to delivering precise and caring beauty treatments within a collaborative spa environment. The primary goal is to craft a personalized, indulgent experience for guests, ensuring they feel valued while maintaining the highest standards of spa operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of beauty services, including waxing, manicures, pedicures, makeup application, and advanced facial treatments.
• Design and execute personalized guest experiences that emphasize pampering and high-quality service.
• Support the smooth running of spa activities and maintain rigorous standards of excellence in all operations.

Requirements

• Hold a professional qualification in beauty and aesthetics, backed by solid practical experience.
• Demonstrate excellent proficiency in English.
• Possess a natural aptitude for sales and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Show high levels of commitment, resilience, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance and display impeccable manners at all times.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working in a five-star luxury hospitality setting.
• Familiarity with relaxing massage techniques.
• Additional language capabilities in Italian and German.

• A fixed-term seasonal contract running from late November 2026 to late March 2027, with the possibility of returning.
