Johnson & Johnson seeks an Associate Product Manager for its Swiss Joint Reconstruction team in Zuchwil. The role focuses on product lifecycle management, market strategy, and cross-functional collaboration within the Orthopaedics division.
This position supports the Swiss Joint Reconstruction business within the Orthopaedics division, based in Zuchwil. The incumbent will manage specific product groups throughout their lifecycle, drive commercial success in the Swiss market, and serve as a central liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage defined product groups across their entire lifecycle, monitoring performance metrics.
- Act as the primary contact for internal teams and selected external partners.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and product launch plans.
- Lead or co-lead the implementation of new product launches in Switzerland.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to facilitate commercial execution and increase product adoption.
- Define market segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies using customer insights.
- Analyze KPIs, market data, and financial results to spot growth opportunities.
- Cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital decision-makers.
- Perform market and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Oversee specific projects such as marketing campaigns, training sessions, and events.
- Work closely with EMEA Marketing, Global Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, and other functions.
- Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, quality standards, and healthcare regulations.
Requirements
- Degree from a university, university of applied sciences (FH), or ETH, or training in an orthopaedic operating room environment.
- At least two years of professional experience in product management, marketing, or sales.
- Fluent proficiency in German and English at a business level.
- Strong skills in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel 20–30% of the time.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in orthopaedics or the broader healthcare industry.
- Ability to communicate in French or Italian.
- Background in the medical devices sector.
