Nestlé Professional, the B2B division providing food and beverage solutions to the foodservice industry, is looking for an intern to help organize and share business insights across its digital ecosystem. The position focuses on defining data structures that enhance the use of AI tools and building performance reports to drive better decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to map current and future data needs, defining the formats required to maximize the effectiveness of AI-enabled tools.
- Develop performance reporting for global business knowledge and learning platforms, gaining practical experience in data analysis and measurement.
- Utilize Power BI and other digital platforms to extract actionable insights that support business development and strategic decisions.
- Implement communication activities to boost engagement and adoption of key digital platforms and business knowledge resources.
- Enhance user experience and content quality by handling internal inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting the deployment of global projects.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Business Analytics, IT, Data Analysis, Business Development, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently on multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and other digital platforms.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.
