Internship Data Product Value Analyst (m/w/d)

Liebherr in Bulle, CH, seeks an Intern Data Product Value Analyst for a full-time hybrid role. The position focuses on data governance, data product strategy, and value analysis within a global, family-owned organization.

This internship places the candidate within a strategic data governance setting at a worldwide business. The role is designed to provide hands-on experience in aligning data product and value management activities with Liebherr’s global data strategy.

Responsibilities

• Investigate how data governance functions within the Liebherr Group, including its objectives, operational model, and community structures. Ensure that data product and value management efforts align with the company's global data strategy.
• Study the concept of data products and their integration into the organization. Assist in developing and rolling out a global data product framework, and help lead cross-divisional expert groups. Support the pilot phase of data product concepts across divisions, train stakeholders on product management, and handle related documentation and communication.
• Assess the business impact of data-driven use cases and refine the data value methodology. Help standardize templates, metrics, and valuation logic, and automate documentation processes. Create dashboards for value tracking and expand the valuation approach company-wide.

Nice to have

• Fluency in English, French, or German is considered an advantage.
• Prior experience with Power BI, Databricks, or comparable platforms is beneficial.
• Familiarity with prompting and developing AI agents is a plus.
• Understanding of master data management, SAP MDG, or data and analytics governance topics is advantageous.
