B2C Supervisor

This position serves as the B2C Lead for the Swiss market, specifically based in Zurich. The primary objective is to drive consumer engagement and facilitate the transition of adult smokers to PMI smoke-free alternatives. The role prioritizes building meaningful relationships with customers, ensuring high retention rates, and maintaining strict quality standards in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on coaching and maintain a visible field presence to guide the team toward operational excellence.
• Foster a high-performing, motivated, and respected team culture through clear communication and professional development.
• Review performance data and consumer insights to implement decisive actions that enhance business results.
• Increase sales volume while prioritizing the quality of customer interactions and long-term retention.

• Manage the balance between field engagement and administrative duties, including planning, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with mystery shopping agencies to verify that staff meet established quality benchmarks.
