Responsabilités

• Ensure high-quality service, particularly by knowing customer habits.
• Loyalty to the clientele, notably by promoting the 'ZeCard' loyalty club.
• Promote various Casino activities and sell current and/or upcoming events.
• Provide service at the bar(s) and in the gaming rooms.
• Apply hygiene, safety, and quality procedures in place.
• Know and sell menu products.
• Set up the bar(s).
• Manage bar/restaurant cash registers (tipping, cashing in, balancing).
• Ensure the cleanliness of the gaming rooms (ashtrays, glasses, etc.).
• Perform cleaning according to HACCP procedures.

• Ability to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a team while remaining autonomous.

Atouts

• Mastery of several languages is a plus.
