BPM Engineer

SUMMIT RECRUITMENT AG seeks a Mid-level BPM Engineer in Luzern to model, automate, and optimize business processes using tools like Flowable or Camunda. Fluency in German and English is required.

This position serves as a Business Process Management Specialist within a professional services firm. The core objective is to guarantee that operational workflows function smoothly and efficiently through structured modeling and automation.

Responsibilities

• Create visual representations of business processes.
• Oversee the automation of routine tasks and data handling.
• Work with stakeholders to define requirements and align solutions with business goals.
• Integrate the BPM platform with existing software systems and databases.
• Track process performance metrics.
• Detect inefficiencies or bottlenecks and implement adjustments to improve speed and quality.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for BPM infrastructure.

Requirements

• A degree in computer science or a closely related discipline.
• Prior experience managing automated workflows within a professional services setting.
• Proficiency in BPMN 2.0 standards and hands-on knowledge of Flowable or Camunda engines.
• Native-level or near-native fluency in German (C1+).
• Full professional proficiency in English.
