The company is looking for a professional to define and execute marketing strategies that support the long-term expansion of its Pulmonary Hypertension offerings. This position serves as a central connector across various departments, ensuring a unified patient journey while enhancing the firm's standing in this specialized medical field through advanced engagement models.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate the Swiss market landscape, including disease prevalence, treatment options, and competitor activity, to spot commercial opportunities.
- Create and roll out brand strategies and customer interaction plans tailored to the Pulmonary Hypertension range.
- Coordinate mixed marketing campaigns (digital, physical, and blended) that match customer preferences.
- Manage marketing budgets and resource allocation to maximize ROI and support strategic goals.
- Partner with Sales, Medical, Market Access, and Digital teams to ensure cohesive execution.
- Craft specific engagement plans for major healthcare centers and key stakeholders.
- Extract meaningful insights from customer data to drive engagement and value.
- Build accurate sales forecasts by analyzing market trends, access conditions, and patient flow.
- Improve engagement outcomes using data analytics and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Launch and scale innovative engagement pilots and successful models.
- Work with Medical Affairs on non-promotional activities to ensure coordinated stakeholder outreach.
- Lead market research efforts to uncover stakeholder needs and remove barriers to patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Native-level proficiency in German and English.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical marketing, digital channels, or customer-facing roles.
- Deep knowledge of specialty care environments.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum.
- Strong analytical capabilities to convert data into practical insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven ability to thrive in cross-functional and matrixed structures.

- Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Business, or Economics.
- Working knowledge of French.
