Business Analyst - Life and Health Reinsurance

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document existing workflows regarding data usage and management.
• Develop future-state process designs to support an upcoming migration to Snowflake.
• Evaluate data assets to identify gaps and define transformation requirements from technical and business viewpoints.
• Collaborate with various teams while maintaining a high degree of independence.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to create scalable data solutions.

Requirements

• Proven background in business analysis with specific expertise in mapping current and future processes.
• Knowledge of SQL Server and practical experience with data migration projects.
• Strong self-management skills and the ability to communicate clearly across different departments.

Nice to have

• Prior work experience in the Life & Health insurance or reinsurance industry.
