Business Intelligence Engineer

Bank J Safra Sarasin seeks a Business Intelligence Engineer in Geneva to develop PowerBI dashboards and support data strategy within a stable, family-owned banking environment.

This position focuses on partnering with business units to translate their needs into effective data reporting solutions that drive decision-making. Responsibilities

• Create and maintain interactive dashboards using PowerBI.
• Define the product vision and shape the overall data strategy.
• Identify opportunities to improve and optimize existing business intelligence workflows.
• Oversee daily data processing activities and resolve any technical issues.
• Provide specialized BI support for key strategic initiatives.
• Ensure all business intelligence processes are thoroughly documented.

Requirements

• A university degree or equivalent higher education in IT Engineering, Computer Science, or Data and Analytics.
• At least five years of hands-on experience in the Business Intelligence field.
• Strong proficiency with the Microsoft BI Development Suite, including SQL Server (T-SQL), SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, and Power BI.
• Fluent command of the English language.
