Celonis CoE Domain Lead - Sales and Manufacturing

ABB Power Grids seeks a Senior Celonis CoE Domain Lead for Sales and Manufacturing in Zürich. The role focuses on governing Process Intelligence strategy, driving operational efficiency, and leading transformation initiatives within the specified domains.

This position acts as the primary business owner for the Sales and Manufacturing domain portfolio. The incumbent is responsible for defining, governing, and executing the Process Intelligence strategy, ensuring that all Celonis initiatives align with the company's broader strategic priorities and deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the roadmap for Process Intelligence within the Sales and Manufacturing sectors.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and overall business outcomes.
• Govern the full lifecycle of Process Intelligence use cases, from initial discovery and business case development through to implementation and value realization.
• Establish clear KPIs, success metrics, and value targets for all Process Intelligence initiatives.
• Convert insights from process mining into actionable improvements, focusing on root-cause analysis and sustainable optimization.
• Collaborate with business leaders, process owners, and operational teams to build alignment and accelerate the adoption of new processes.
• Facilitate workshops and value discovery sessions to uncover improvement areas and support data-driven decision-making.
• Track and communicate business value, ensuring accountability for improvements in operational, financial, and process performance.
• Represent the Sales and Manufacturing domains in governance forums, promoting standardization, scalability, and best practices.
• Champion the adoption of Celonis Process Intelligence, Automation, and AI technologies across the organization.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations Excellence, Business Transformation, Digital Transformation, or Process Improvement.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Celonis Process Intelligence or Process Mining solutions.
• Proven track record of driving business transformation and process improvement using process analytics and data-driven insights.
• Experience in owning and prioritizing business portfolios, roadmaps, or transformation programs.
• Strong experience working with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional alignment.
• Demonstrated success in value realization and business outcome delivery.
• Experience working in global and matrix organizations.
