This role involves overseeing the strategic and operational management of an organization that combines private banking and pension services, with a focus on SMEs and entrepreneurs. The position offers the opportunity to shape a new, high-visibility provider in the Swiss market, leveraging creative freedom and entrepreneurial leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategic and operational management of the organization, centered on private banking and pension services
• Advance and execute the platform strategy for the business
• Position the organization as a key player in the SME and entrepreneur market segment
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships
• Oversee business development, revenue generation, and financial results
• Lead and develop the management team

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a CEO or in a similar leadership role within financial services
• In-depth knowledge in asset management, pensions, or related banking areas
• Track record in developing and scaling digital business models
• Understanding of SME and corporate client needs
• Ability to manage strategic planning and operational execution
• German as working language, with business-level proficiency in English
