Relationship Manager Private Clients

Bitcoin Suisse seeks a Relationship Manager for Private Clients in Zug to serve institutional and high-net-worth individuals with crypto-financial services.

Bitcoin Suisse operates as a leading Swiss gateway for crypto asset investing, serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals and institutional partners. This position focuses on cultivating and sustaining professional connections across private client, family office, and institutional segments, ensuring clients receive expert guidance on digital asset solutions.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and sustain professional connections with current and potential clients across institutional, private, and family office segments.
• Provide tailored support by identifying client needs, addressing inquiries, and gathering market insights to enhance service delivery.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new accounts in collaboration with the Compliance team to ensure smooth due diligence.
• Offer advisory services on crypto-financial products such as custody, staking, lending, trading, and brokerage.
• Maintain strict adherence to Swiss regulatory frameworks and internal compliance protocols during all client interactions.
• Contribute to business growth through participation in sales initiatives, client events, and networking activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends by engaging in continuous learning about blockchain technology and digital assets.

Requirements

• Completion of a commercial apprenticeship or a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• One to three years of professional experience in relationship management, private banking, wealth management, or financial services.
• Foundational knowledge of Swiss Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and compliance standards.
• Professional fluency in both English and German.
• Possession of a valid work permit for Switzerland.

• Proficiency in additional languages beyond English and German.
