This position supports a team dedicated to ITIL processes and vulnerability management, operating at the intersection of various IT departments within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage and communicate updates regarding major IT incidents, including escalation and coordination.
- Oversee the Change Advisory Board (CAB) by reviewing, assessing, and validating IT changes, while providing regular reports.
- Handle IT problem management by logging issues, coordinating efforts, tracking progress, and leading problem review sessions.
- Track vulnerabilities, coordinate remediation efforts, and facilitate vulnerability management meetings with regular reporting.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Information Technology and/or Security.
- At least five years of hands-on experience in incident, change, problem, and vulnerability management.
- Fluent proficiency in both French and English.
- Practical experience using Nessus or Qualys for building and operating vulnerability scans.
- Valid ITIL certifications.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work autonomously while contributing to shared team goals.
- Capacity to prioritize tasks, develop action plans, and execute them under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings for both technical and management audiences.
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting work priorities.
