Giardino Group seeks a Chef de Rang for its gourmet restaurant Ecco in St. Moritz. The role focuses on delivering high-level guest service and managing independent service operations.

This position is dedicated to ensuring seamless operations within the Ecco gourmet restaurant. The successful candidate will manage the entire guest journey independently, from initial order taking to final payment collection, while providing premium advisory services to patrons.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee efficient and flawless service standards in the Ecco restaurant.
• Manage the complete service cycle autonomously, including order processing and billing.
• Provide expert guidance and attentive care to guests, maintaining the highest service levels.
• Address and resolve customer complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or apprenticeship in the hospitality or hotel sector.
• Strong interpersonal and hospitality abilities.
• Demonstrated independence, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Capacity to remain flexible, enthusiastic, and effective under pressure.
• Fluent proficiency in both German and English.
• Ability to maintain composure and oversight in fast-paced team environments.
• Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
• Respectful interaction with colleagues and management.
