Responsibilities

• Manage a specific service section independently, overseeing all related activities.
• Provide a welcoming atmosphere, expert advice, and attentive care to every guest.
• Serve food and beverages with professional precision and attention to detail.
• Coordinate all operational processes within the assigned section to ensure smooth service.
• Guide and support junior staff members, including Demi Chef de Rang and Commis de Rang.
• Maintain close communication with kitchen and bar teams to align service delivery.
• Uphold consistent service quality and adhere to established standards.
• Complete accurate documentation and follow proper closing procedures at the end of shifts.

Requirements

• Successfully completed training in hospitality or gastronomy.
• Demonstrate a strong service mindset and genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
• Work effectively as part of a team, showing strong organizational abilities and a positive attitude.
• Possess good spoken proficiency in both German and English.
