This position plays a key part in the success of the hospitality division at Andermatt Swiss Alps. The Chef de Partie is responsible for the daily operation of a specific kitchen station, contributing to the overall quality and efficiency of the culinary service provided to guests.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and organization of the assigned kitchen station.
- Prepare and present meals in strict accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
- Execute mise en place tasks to ensure readiness for service periods and special events.
- Provide support, direction, and guidance to Commis de Cuisine staff.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and quality control within the designated work area.
- Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and the broader kitchen team during service hours.
Requirements
- Completion of a formal chef training program or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Fluent spoken proficiency in German or English, reaching at least a B2 level.

- Prior experience working in a similar culinary role.
- A strong focus on quality and a structured approach to daily tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a team, showing resilience and flexibility.
