Responsibilities
- Manage your designated kitchen section independently, guaranteeing that every dish meets five-star quality benchmarks.
- Demonstrate reliability and take ownership of tasks, stepping in to support the team whenever necessary.
- Maintain strict adherence to health and food safety protocols, specifically HACCP standards, as a daily habit.
- Arrange the workstation with precision and schedule daily tasks to ensure smooth service operations, particularly during busy periods.
- Serve as a positive example for colleagues by embodying company values and fostering a proactive, improvement-focused mindset.
Requirements
- Completion of formal culinary education or professional training.
- Proven experience in a comparable kitchen role, preferably within high-end hospitality or luxury gastronomy.
- Fluency in English, Italian, or Spanish.
- Strong ability to manage time effectively.
- Capacity to remain calm and focused under pressure.
- An interest in or affinity for the Argentinian brasserie concept.
