The company is looking for a skilled Demichef de Partie to ensure the efficient operation of the Hide & Seek restaurant and the Engadine Stüva. This position focuses on managing ordering processes, maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards, and delivering exceptional gastronomic results as part of a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations for both the Hide & Seek restaurant and the Engadine Stüva.
• Manage supply ordering procedures.
• Conduct regular checks on food quality, hygiene protocols, and safety standards.
• Prepare dishes at a premium gastronomic level.

Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training as a cook within the hospitality sector.
• Prior experience in a similar role within upscale dining establishments.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to stay organized during busy periods.
• Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
